TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL (must be included in all 
rental offers):  
-A credit check and proof of employment must be submitted 
with the rental application. A $100 deposit is required to 
proceed with the credit check. If the result is favorable, 
the deposit will be refunded; otherwise, it will be 
retained.  
-The tenant must provide proof of liability insurance (as 
required by the condominium) before the occupancy date. The 
insurance must cover the rental period and have a minimum 
coverage amount of $2M.  
-Non-smoking unit (including tobacco, vaping, cannabis, or 
any other substance).  
-Pets are not allowed.  
-Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb are 
prohibited.  
-Lease term of a minimum of 12 months.
